When the call is diverted to a department, the person receiving the call immediately knows what department call is designated for BEFORE they connect to the caller. This allows you to Screen calls before connecting them it is also possible to reject the call if required. Each Department can have its own Smart Hunt Group, and Voicemail. Departments can be set up to work entirely differently to others. The service comes with a state of the art Online Control Panel with Built in Wizard, that allows you to easily setup a fully functional Template for your Switchboard. The Template can then be Personalised with your own voice files which van be recorded via the Telephone or Uploaded via Voice Files (WAV) Features: The 0870 National Rate Switchboard Number can be setup with a single department or multiple departments (Up to 7), You can specify your own Greetings for each Department, Specify the function of the Department, and Setup Smart Hunt Groups within each Department. Information Messages can be recorded (up to 7 minutes) and assigned as a department (ie Press 6 for details of our special offers. The Caller Announcement Feature can be enabled on any of the numbers in any Department, allowing the Receiver to Identify the nature of the call before connecting to the caller. Voicemail to Email is available within Each Department. The Switchboard has an inbuilt Scheduler which determines the Opening Times of the Switchboard.
