07005 9 Personal Number Switchboard is the Ultimate tool for a Dynamic Business. The Switchboard allows callers to be routed to either different Departments, Locations, or even People on the move. You can set up the departments to divert to different Landlines or Mobiles anywhere in the world, or if you are running a very small business to the same numbers. When the call is diverted to a department, the person receiving the call immediately knows that the call is designated for the Department stated BEFORE they connect to the caller. This allows you to Screen calls before connecting them, the call can be rejected if required. Each Department can have its own Smart Hunt Group, and Voicemail. Departments can be set up to work entirely differently to others. Information lines with Recorded information such as Special Offers, or Your Address, or your website address can be setup as supplementary options. NOTE: 070 NUMBERS CANNOT BE DIALED FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

This is the ultimate pay monthly diversion service that allows you to divert an 07005 8 number to Departments defined by you that terminate to either to a Landline or to a mobile anywhere in the world FREE of charge. The service comes with a state of the art Online Control Panel with Built in Wizard, that allows you to easily setup a fully functional Template for your Switchboard. The Template can then be Personalised with your own voice files which van be recorded via the Telephone or Uploaded via Voice Files (WAV)

Features:
The 07005 8 Freephone Switchboard Number can be setup with a single department or multiple departments (Up to 7), You can specify your own Greetings for each Department, Specify the function of the Department, and Setup Smart Hunt Groups within each Department.

The Caller Announcement Feature can be enabled on any of the numbers in any Department, allowing the Receiver to Identify the nature of the call before connecting to the caller the call can be rejected if required. Voicemail to Email is available within Each Department.

The Switchboard has an inbuilt Scheduler which determines the Opening Times of the Switchboard. Call Statistics and Message Logs are available online which allows you to review who called (Full CLI if not withheld), Time & Date of the Call, Where the call was diverted to, whether a message was left on Voicemail, and the Cost of the Call. SMS Notification of messages can be enabled at just 7p per message.

The 07005 8 Switchboard Number, allows you to manage your calls effectively, diverting different types of calls to either different Locations, Departments or People. You can manage which calls receive the Top Priority. You never need spend more than your budget allows. You place credit on your account from which incoming calls are debited. You choose when and how you top up the credit. You can manage your advertising and sales campaigns, by reviewing Call Statistics. Find out which ads are actually working for you. If you miss a call we provide the Full CLI of the caller (unless withheld). Smart Hunting allows you to Never miss a Sales Call. The call is diverted to your chosen number, and if no-one answers the system will try the next number on the list.
